How it works

Where every fee goes

From a trade on your coin to a receipt anyone can check.

  1. Someone trades a coin
Every trade on pump.fun pays a creator fee to the coin's creator: the campaign's own wallet.
  2. 90%
to the campaign, swept and swapped to USDC
    10%to gofundmeme
  3. We donate on GoFundMe
The balance is donated directly to the campaign on gofundme.com.
  4. The receipt goes public
Posted on the campaign's page here, next to every on-chain sweep.

Questions

Do launchers earn anything?

No. A gofundmeme coin's creator is its campaign's own wallet, set at launch and checked on-chain before the coin is listed. The launcher doesn't receive creator fees.

How often are donations made?

Once a campaign has at least $25 waiting, or 30 days after its oldest undonated fees, whichever comes first.

Where does the money sit before it's donated?

Creator fees collect in the campaign's own Solana wallet, then get swept, split (90% campaign, 10% gofundmeme) and swapped to USDC. Every sweep is linked on the campaign's page, and the total shows as "Waiting to be donated".

What if a campaign closes?

[Policy for closed or removed campaigns.]

Is this run by GoFundMe?

No. gofundmeme is independent and not affiliated with GoFundMe. We donate to campaigns there like anyone else.

Can organizers claim their campaign?

Yes. Use "Verify this campaign" on the campaign's page: sign in with your wallet, add a one-time code to your GoFundMe story, and we check for it.
